It was nice to have the opportunity for a slow morning and get up when we want and have breakfast when ready. We spent some time soring our clothing and finding storage places for all the stuff we had brought before taking a walk around the Hotel and swimming pools.
The Hotel receptionist advised how to access the indoor swimming pool and spa which has a steam and sauna rooms and also places where you have some personal massages which needs to be booked in advance. The Hotel seems reasonably quiet but they said that July and August had been manic and right now in September is a good time to visit. For lunch we had some Ham and tomato rolls and then some relaxation before heading off to the swimming pool where we spent about 90 minutes with some light swimming , as neither of has swum for a while, then lay on the relaxation chairs for s brief zizz before heading back about 18.00 for a cheese and ham salad.
In the evening we watched Baz Luhr’s version of ELVIS PRESLEY life being managed, nee controlled by the infamous Col Tom Parker, who neither a Colonel or a Tom or a Parker but an illegal immigrant from Holland it would appear. You can always teel a Baz Luhr film by its continual moving locations and people at speed and a bit messy in parts but slowly we got the story.
By this time we were ready for bed
